Discover how you can unleash your potential with us!\nScope of service\nAdvise on viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on product\nElicit, analyse, and document business and information needs which can be supported by the Salesforce implementation in agile setting.\nProficient in creating functional and non-functional user stories with acceptance criteria\nParticipate in all agile ceremonies (sprint review and retrospective) with Product Team\nWork with Product Team to resolve issues and ensure defects are rectified according to requirements specifications timely. \nDesign and develop test plans and test cases based on the documented requirements and acceptance criteria\nPerform functional, regression, integration testing and user acceptance testing\nConduct both manual and automated testing\nDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure software quality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.\nFacilitate and support UAT sessions and provide guidance during UAT\nCreate and maintain test documentation\nCollaborate with development team for bug resolution\nComply with all government security standards, best practices and standards\nDevelop comprehensive test strategy, scope and approach aligned with objectives, testing best practices and compliance to government security policies and scope of testing includes unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing\n\nWork Experience\nShall have at least a Diploma, with at least three (3) years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.\nShall be a Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master. \nShall have at least 2 years of software testing experience.\nDegree in Business School, Computer Science, Information Technology, and other Engineering discipline will be an added advantage.\nExperience in Government projects will be an added advantage\nTechnical Skillset\nKnowledge and experience in Salesforce\nCertification in Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator will be an added advantage\nKnowledge and experience in AWS, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage\nGeneral Skillset\nStrong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills will be an added advantage\nTranslate business requirements into user journeys and technical requirements.\nAbility to continuously learn and adapt to the evolving Salesforce platform and related technologies\nAbility to collaborate effectively with product team\nExperience in applying Design Thinking principles from ideation to the completion of the project will be an advantage\nExperience in developing prototypes using visual mock-ups and wireframe\nExperience in defining the user interface and user experience of the product will be an added advantage\nExperience in change management skills to facilitate the users to product adoption and new ways of working will be an added advantage\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in stakeholders’ engagement will be an added advantage\nAvePoint is proud to employ talent from many different backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
