To learn more, visit www.avepoint.com.\nOverview\nAvePoint is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in SharePoint implementation projects to join our Client Services division.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business users, technical consultants, and project teams to analyze collaboration and document management needs, gather requirements, and support the successful delivery of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions. You will play a key role in translating business processes into scalable digital workplace solutions.\nWhat will you be doing?\nThe Business Analyst analyzes business processes and supporting collaboration platforms, develops As-Is and To-Be workflows, and ensures requirements are clearly defined throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nYour Responsibilities Will Include:\nLead requirements gathering and analysis for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 implementation projects.\n\nAnalyze business processes related to document management, collaboration, and workflow automation.\n\nProduce deliverables including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specifications, process flows, information architecture, and site structure designs.\n\nWork with stakeholders to define governance, permissions models, and content organization strategies.\n\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications for technical consultants and developers.\n\nSupport SharePoint site design, migration, and implementation activities.\n\nFacilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business users to understand collaboration needs.\n\nParticipate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support.\n\nCollaborate with project managers to support planning, scope definition, and delivery timelines.\n\nDrive user adoption by supporting change management and training initiatives where required.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nWe seek individuals who are agile, passionate, and collaborative-those who bring fresh ideas and are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.\nTo succeed in this role, you should have:\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nProven experience as a Business Analyst supporting SharePoint or Microsoft 365 implementation projects.\n\nStrong understanding of SharePoint Online capabilities, including document libraries, lists, permissions, and collaboration features.\n\nExperience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and As-Is / To-Be documentation.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) is preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of information architecture, document lifecycle management, and governance concepts.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is an advantage.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\n\nAbility to
