If you're passionate about translating business needs into technical solutions and want to be part of a fast-growing global software company, we want to hear from you.\nWhat will you be doing?\nYou will work closely with internal teams and external clients to analyze business processes and systems, particularly within Salesforce environments. Your role will include gathering and defining requirements, designing solutions, and supporting successful project delivery to drive business impact and user adoption.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nElicit and document requirements for Salesforce and enterprise software development.\n\nCreate deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.\n\nAnalyze current business processes and develop As-Is and To-Be models.\n\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications understandable by both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with developers and Salesforce administrators to define feasible solutions.\n\nSupport project planning including deliverables, timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.\n\nParticipate in solution testing and validation.\n\nProvide user training or documentation where needed.\n\nOK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?\nWe value agility, passion, and teamwork.
