infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support software delivery across web and mobile products.\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operations using Infrastructure as Code and scripting.\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, consistency, and reliability.\nMonitor system health, performance, and availability, and proactively identify and resolve issues.\nStrengthen platform security by implementing best practices for access control, secrets management, vulnerability management, and secure deployment.\nSupport incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of system resilience.\nCollaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to enable efficient development workflows and reliable releases.\nReview system architecture and operational processes to improve scalability, maintainability, and cost efficiency.\nEstablish and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and technical standards aligned with architectural and governance guidelines.\nDrive adoption of DevOps, observability, and reliability best practices across the team.\nStay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and practices in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, and site reliability.\nKey Experiences and Quali fications We Seek:\nEducational Background:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional Experience:\n5+ years of relevant experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.\n3+ years of experience leading or guiding small engineering teams, projects, or technical initiatives.\nTechnical Expertise:\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably on AWS, including services such as ECS Fargate, Lambda, S3, Aurora, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and networking/security components.\nProficiency with containerization and orchestration concepts, such as Docker and container-based deployments.\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release automation workflows on GitLab and Jira.\nStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management practices such as Terraform and Cloudformation.\nGood knowledge of system reliability, observability, monitoring, alerting, and logging practices.\nExperience supporting modern application stacks, with sufficient understanding of full-stack systems such as React, Node.js, and React Native to enable effective collaboration with development teams.\nFamiliarity with database operations and administration concepts for MySQL and PostgreSQL.\nStrong understanding of authentication, middleware, application security, API integrations, and system connectivity.\nSolid grounding in computer science and engineering fundamentals, including cloud computing principles, software design patterns, and secure system design.\nProblem-Solving Skills:\nAbility to break down complex infrastructure and operational problems into manageable, actionable items.\nProven ability to formulate structured, practical solutions that improve delivery, reliability, and operational outcomes.\nAdditional Skills (Bonus Points):\nExperience working with Singapore whole-of-government systems or regulated environments.\nProven ability in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.\nKnowledge of disaster recovery, backup strategies, business continuity planning, and
