Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Systems

Overview  

AvePoint is seeking a visionary Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Systems to architect and own the technology engine driving our global growth. In this high-impact leadership role, you will transform our Go-To-Market execution from manual processes into a seamless, AI-driven, engineered system. Acting as the strategic connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, you will lead the evolution of our tech stack to maximize revenue predictability, streamline the lead-to-cash journey, and empower our teams with cutting-edge automation. 

Key Responsibilities  

• Architect the GTM Tech Stack: Own the end-to-end roadmap, lifecycle, and integration of AvePoint's revenue systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Outreach, Gong, 6sense), ensuring high ROI, tool consolidation, and global scalability. 

• Lead AI & Automation Strategy: Pioneer "AI-first" GTM workflows by deploying agent-assisted processes, predictive scoring, and automation pipelines that drastically reduce seller admin time and accelerate pipeline velocity. 

• Drive Process Engineering & Alignment: Partner closely with GTM and Finance leadership to design unified lead routing rules, operationalize handoff SLAs, and support territory and capacity planning. 

• Champion Data Governance & Intelligence: Partner with Analytics/Data Engineering to establish a flawless single source of truth across the tech stack, powering predictive forecasting and advanced revenue analytics. 

• Build & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, and develop a team of RevOps analysts, systems administrators, and GTM engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and strategic execution. 

Key Skills  

• Systems Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in designing complex data models, API integrations, and automation frameworks within enterprise CRM ecosystems. 

• Strategic GTM Acumen: Deep, practical understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, CPQ workflows, multi-channel pipelines (inbound, outbound, channel), and retention strategies. 

• AI & Advanced Analytics: Practical ability to implement AI-driven sales intelligence tools and leverage BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) to move beyond historical reporting into predictive revenue insights. 

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional change management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear business strategy for executive stakeholders. 

Qualifications  

• Experience: 8+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Business Systems Architecture within a high-growth, global B2B SaaS environment. 

• Leadership: 3+ years of direct people management experience, with a proven track record of scaling operations teams and prioritizing complex technology initiatives. 

• Stack Expertise: Deep, hands-on architectural experience managing a modern GTM stack, specifically including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Outreach, Gong, and 6sense. 

• Technical Fluency: Strong foundation in REST APIs, SQL, JSON data structures, and automation platforms (e.g., dbt) to effectively evaluate technical debt and guide engineering efforts. 

• AI Track Record: Demonstrable success in actively shipping AI-assisted workflows and enrichment pipelines that measurably improved data quality and seller productivity. 

The Salary Range for this role is $180,000 - $225,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
