HR assistant - HCM

Job description 

• Plan and execute recruitment activities for assigned positions; work closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to clarify hiring needs and propose effective recruitment strategies.  

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process in alignment with the Company’s hiring procedures, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.  

• Support onboarding activities, including preparing job offers, coordinating pre-joining requirements, and guiding new hires through their first day at work.  

• Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment progress, and prepare periodic reports as required.  

• Act as a point of contact for internal HR matters in Ho Chi Minh City, supporting employees with HR-related inquiries, policies, and processes.  

• Assist in organizing internal activities, employee engagement initiatives, and office events to foster a positive working environment.  

• Provide administrative and operational support for the office, including coordination with vendors, office supplies management, and facility-related tasks.  

• Support management and leadership team with ad-hoc tasks, scheduling, and coordination when required.  

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Reporting Line. 

Requirements 

• University graduated, majoring in Human Resources or equivalent. 

• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Administration (experience in a technology company is a plus). 

• Good command written communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus). 

• Have a great teamwork spirit. 

• Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problem. 

Work Location 

6th floor, CirCo Building, 222 Dien Bien Phu Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
