Scope and resolve hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues to provide first-level IT support for internal staff\n2. Manage the IT hardware lifecycle, maintain inventory records, and coordinate periodic IT asset audits\n4. Provide knowledge transfer and technical training to internal departments\n6. Demonstrate strong technical competency, performance, and professional readiness\n7. Be eligible to participate in overseas projects (6-12 months)\nRequired Experience\n1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field\n2. 1-3 years experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.\n3. Demonstrated understanding of security operations and enterprise change management processes\n4. Experience with cloud operations and modern infrastructure management (Windows Servers, Entra ID, M365, Virtualization, Backup, etc.)\n5. Preferred IT Industry certifications (Microsoft Certifications, Cisco, Amazon AWS, GCP, etc.)\n6. Good speaking and listening in English\nSoft Skills\n1. Demonstrated experience learning new technologies\n2. Strong collaborative skills\n3.
