reports, status reports, and meeting minutes.\nLiaise with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.\nOrganize and facilitate maintenance-related meetings, including weekly operational meetings, monthly service review meetings, and ad-hoc discussions.\nMonitor service performance and follow up on incidents, defects, and enhancement requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.\nIdentify potential risks and issues proactively and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.\nPrepare service reports and provide regular updates on maintenance activities, project progress, and key issues.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.\nPerform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.\n1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, service delivery, application maintenance, or customer service management.\nExperience supporting application and projects will be an advantage.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.\nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and a customer-centric mindset.\nProficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional
