This role requires a combination of selling, value proposition transfer to the customer, organizational skills and a high level of customer service.\nYour responsibilities will include: \nManaging sales of existing customers\nEnsuring timely renewals with existing customers\nTracking customer license status and identifying upcoming license requirements for renewal\nCoordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities\nCoordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams\nDiligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales\nFollowing up with quoted customers until renewals are closed\nTracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations\nMaintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales\nIdentifying and transferring leads to sales departments\nOK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?\nTo be successful in this role, you need to be a self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to understand what an existing customer needs and articulate how AvePoint can help.
