If you are eager to innovate with low-code, solve complex challenges, and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.\nExperience & Skills Required\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.\nUtilize .NET, SQL, and JavaScript to create robust and scalable solutions.\nBuild integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, and other middleware.\nMonitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.\nSupport end-users by providing training, documentation, and troubleshooting while serving as the primary representative for project-specific customer technical inquiries.\nTake ownership of issues through to resolution, ensuring adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times, and perform thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical problems.\nEnsure application performance, scalability, and security by following OutSystems best practices and clients’ policies.\nParticipate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.\nPrepare statistical reports and present them effectively during weekly and monthly progress meetings with clients.\nStay updated with the latest OutSystems features, low-code trends, and emerging technologies\nRequirements:\nMinimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.\n3+ years of experience in software development with OutSystems, including OutSystems 11 and ODC.\nProficiency in OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and Lifetime, ODC Studio and ODC Portal.\nCertification as an OutSystems Associate Developer or Traditional Web Developer certification is required.\nStrong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and practices.\nStrong knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and RESTful APIs.\nFamiliarity with relational databases, SQL, and database design principles.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex business requirements and design scalable solutions.\nA highly energetic and motivated team player with strong communication skills, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProactively customer-focused, and confident in engaging directly with clients and vendors, able to perform effectively under tight timelines and pressure while contributing to the digital transformation journey.\nExperience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance\nUnderstanding of OutSystems application security, user roles, and permission models.\nCertifications:\nRequired: Associate Developer or Associate Traditional Web Developer\nPreferred: Tech Lead, Architecture Specialist, or any specialist-level certifications.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in public sector or compliance-driven environments.\nExperienced in working on projects using the Agile methodology and leveraging CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of .NET programming language.\nExperience with database management systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL\nPrevious experience in a leadership or senior developer role, leading the design and development of complex software projects.\nExperience in system integration and migration.\nExperience with workflow automation and integration hubs;
