It also underpins faculty teaching management, degree-programme billing and payment (integrated with a third-party payment gateway), and identity management through its integration with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), where the institutional email address serves as the primary digital identity. The platform exposes a large number of business interfaces to other enterprise systems.\nThe role keeps the platform secure, scalable, maintainable, and fully integrated within the wider digital ecosystem, providing hands-on expertise and technical direction across PeopleCode development, application design, upgrades, integrations, security, and production support.
