About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our project delivery team. As a Project Analyst, you will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Migration Consultants, and Technical teams throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple project workstreams while supporting project planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery activities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from project initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, status tracking, risk monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, project reports, and other project deliverables.
• Gather, document, and organize business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Coordinate with functional, migration, interface, and technical teams to ensure project activities are delivered on schedule.
• Support solution validation activities and participate in system walkthroughs and project discussions.
• Prepare test scenarios, execute functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, and follow up on issue resolution.
• Track project issues, risks, change requests, and action items to ensure timely closure.
• Support the preparation of training materials, user onboarding documentation, and operational guides.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on exposure across different project workstreams, including functional analysis, testing, migration, interfaces, and project management, while supporting day-to-day project delivery.
• Perform other project-related tasks and administrative activities as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• 0-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello) will be an advantage.
• Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus.
