You will be part of an agile engineering team working on enterprise-grade platforms used across regulated and high-impact environments.\nThis role involves end-to-end Salesforce solutioning, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and hands-on development across the Salesforce ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Development & Architecture\nDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce where required.\n\nBuild scalable and maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications.\n\nImplement business logic using Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.\n\nApply best practices in Salesforce architecture, governor limits management, and performance optimization.\n\nIntegration & Platform Services\nDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.\n\nDevelop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth-based integrations.\n\nSupport event-driven and API-based integrations within enterprise environments.\n\nQuality, Security & Deployment\nEnsure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to Salesforce development standards.\n\nImplement Salesforce security best practices including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.\n\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using tools such as Git, Salesforce DX, and DevOps platforms.\n\nCollaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with product owners, business analysts, and UX designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\n\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers where applicable.\n\nThe Ideal Candidate Has\nPreferably more than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\n\nStrong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.\n\nExperience delivering solutions on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\n\nSolid understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and platform limits.\n\nExperience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of Agile development methodologies.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills, attention to
