backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET 6+.\nArchitect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.\nWork with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or on-prem) to deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications.\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and design patterns.\nDesign and optimize database schemas, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity using SQL Server (or other relational databases).\nParticipate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.\nStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and proactively propose improvements to our tech stack and processes.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high availability and performance.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on .NET / .NET Core.\nStrong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming principles.\nHands-on experience designing and developing microservices and distributed systems.\nPractical experience with Kubernetes in at least one environment: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Amazon EKS, or on-premises Kubernetes.\nSolid understanding of database design and development, particularly with PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with RESTful API design, message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and cloud concepts.\nExperience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.\nA continuous learning mindset, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and challenges.\nExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with proficiency in English (written and spoken).\nEducation: Bachelor's degree or above\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their managed services.\nKnowledge of Docker and containerization best practices.\nUnderstanding of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\nChinese language skills (spoken) are a
