In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to define acceptance criteria and develop robust testing strategies for complex software systems.\nYour Responsibilities\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to craft user story acceptance criteria.\nAnalyze and decompose complex software systems to design a holistic test strategy.\nResearch emerging technologies and develop a test automation framework.\nCreate and maintain test suites comprising various test scenarios and cases.\nImplement a risk-based approach for test automation and perform time-boxed exploratory testing.\nMaintain the regression test suite in the QA nightly build and refine the smoke test suite in the Development CI environment.\nLead system integration testing with other system owners and manage user acceptance testing.\nOversee the defect life cycle, manage test artifacts, and maintain the test repository.\nDrive continuous improvement in agile testing practices and tools.\nTake on secondary responsibilities as an Application Performance Engineer or Application Security Engineer as needed.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n7+ years of experience in exploratory testing and regression test automation.\nStrong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.\nProficiency in agile development environments is a plus.\nFamiliarity with test automation tools such as Robot Framework, SikuliX, Selenium, Playwright, or Micro Focus Testing Tools (Mobile Center, UFT, QC, and Sprinter).\nCertification as a Software Testing Professional and/or Software Quality Analyst is advantageous.\nDegree or Diploma in Computer Science,
