scripts, and best practices for long-term maintainability.\nProvide training and support to users, ensuring effective adoption of Jira features and workflows.\nSkillset (Must have)\nPossess a degree in Computer Science, STEM, or related field.\nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience administering Jira Cloud in a production environment.\nStrong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript) for automation and integration.\nProven experience in building Jira automation rules and using REST APIs and webhooks for custom integrations.\nPossess solid understanding of Jira workflow design, permission schemes, issue types, and project templates.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD principles and version control systems (e.g. Git).\nFamiliarity with software development life cycle.\nFamiliarity with AWS (or GPC) is highly desirable.\nExposure to enterprise IT environments and security/compliance frameworks.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication
