Development CI environment for early issue detection.\nLead system integration testing with other system owners to validate cross-system interactions.\nOversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met.\nManage the defect lifecycle, test artifacts, and test repositories to ensure clear tracking and reporting.\nDrive continuous improvement in agile testing practices, tools, and methodologies.\nTake on a secondary role as an Application Performance Engineer or Application Security Engineer to expand testing coverage beyond functional aspects.\nEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED\nCore Testing Expertise:\nStrong knowledge of test automation strategies and risk-based testing.\nExperience designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test suites.\nHands-on experience with manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API services.\nFamiliarity with cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive UI testing.\nTest Automation & CI/CD Integration:\nExperience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, Cypress, SikuliX, or EggPlant.\nKnowledge of test scripting and automation programming using Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#.\nExperience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bamboo).\nAbility to design maintainable, scalable, and reusable test automation suites.\nAgile & DevOps Testing Practices:\nStrong understanding of agile testing methodologies, including TDD, BDD, and exploratory testing.\nExperience working in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).\nFamiliarity with shift-left testing approaches, ensuring early defect detection.\nExperience with containerized testing in Docker/Kubernetes environments.\nSecurity & Performance Testing (Added Advantage):\nExperience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, k6, Locust).\nKnowledge of application security testing (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, SAST, DAST).\nExperience conducting API security testing using authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).\nTest Management & Certifications:\nExperience managing defect tracking and test repositories using tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Micro Focus ALM (QC/Sprinter).\nCertified Software Testing Professional (CSTP) and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) is an
