analyse outcomes and collaborate for resolution\nCommunicate test results and key quality metrics clearly and effectively to all project stakeholders'\nProduce thorough documentation, for example test designs and summary reports, using standard templates and best practices\nContribute to reusable regression test suites for future automation readiness\nAutomation Testing (Progressive Focus):\nDesign and develop modular, reusable automated test cases for priority business flows using enterprise tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, Playwright).\nBuild and maintain automation frameworks ensuring scalability and maintainability.\nSupport transition from local automation development to centralised cloud-based authoring environments.\nTrack and report automation coverage, stability, and quality metrics.\nEstablish automation best practices and reusable component libraries.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of automated scripts and execution results.\nKey Requirements\n3-5 years of experience in software testing, with strong functional testing background and exposure to automation.\nAbility to design comprehensive test cases from requirements and specifications.\nStrong documentation and evidence capture practices aligned with governance standards.\nHands-on experience with enterprise automation tools or readiness to transition.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for test data setup and validation.\nProficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#).\nExperience with API testing and validation techniques.\nFamiliarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).\nProven ability to work effectively in secure or restricted environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;
