To learn more, visit www.avepoint.com.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Windows and Virtualization Support Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including VMware, CyberArk, and AWS, while contributing to critical infrastructure projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualization environments.\nManage and optimize VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies.\nOversee the administration of Critical Infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.\nDevelop and implement automation strategies using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting.\nManage and maintain identity and access management solutions, including CyberArk.\nLead the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS cloud environments.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Windows server administration and virtualization technologies.\nStrong expertise in VMware technologies, including vSphere and vCenter.\nExperience managing Critical Infrastructure systems.\nProficiency in automation and scripting, particularly with Ansible and PowerShell.\nHands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, preferably CyberArk.\nKnowledge of AWS cloud services and migration strategies.\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and technologies.\nExperience with monitoring and performance tuning of Windows environments.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and leadership abilities.\nRelevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, AWS certifications) are preferred.\nIf you
