Join a collaborative team who values AVER’s mission, focus, and culture of delivering exceptional client service with great people and transformative technology solutions that ensure Government mission success.\nResponsibilities Include:\nSupport federal customers with data analysis, trend analysis, red flag analysis, statistical analysis, performance (monthly, quarterly, annually) analysis, ad hoc and recurring studies, and/or stakeholder data requests\nProvide federal customers with information required for school and student investigations\nInvestigate and analyze schools to verify legitimacy or assess potential risk of fraudulent activities\nOrganize and prioritize tasks, track profiles, and determined the viability of leads for investigation across the US\nRefer or make recommendations for further investigation\nUtilize various Federal systems of records and locally developed databases to document, track, and monitor the statuses of tasks and cases\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelors Degree and 12+ years or a Masters Degree and 10+ years of related experience \nExperience Requirements:\n10-12+ years of experience with conducting in depth research, analysis, writing and reporting \nExperience with drafting notices, reports, and memorandums following government templates and writing guides\nExperience with formulating detailed “finding reports” including executive level summaries, conclusions, and recommendations \nExperience with researching federal regulations, conducting in depth analysis, developing and interpreting information to assist stakeholders in decision making, policy formulation, and a variety of other managerial functions\nExperience with leveraging a variety of databases to research, compile, generate and analyze findings\nAbility to understand and interpret policy, regulations, and directives\nAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing\nExperience with Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook\nKnowledge or experience with 1 or more database systems to perform identity management: FAC-TRAX, US-VIST, ADIS, CCD, SEVIS, ENFORCE, CLAIMS, CIS, or TECS, preferred\nLocation:\nVienna, VA\nHYBRID, MUST be local for in person delivery, 2-3 days per week\nSecurity Requirements:\nAbility to obtain and maintain government clearance (Public Trust) \nThis role supports a government agency which requires U.S. citizenship\nCurrent Top-Secret clearance, desired \nCompensation Package:\nAt AVER, we believe our people are the foundation of our success and are committed to providing meaningful work, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment where employees can grow while making a direct impact on critical Government missions.
