mission success.\nResponsibilities Include:\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations supporting healthcare operations, quality, and performance reporting\nDevelop and maintain Power BI semantic models, including data relationships, business logic, measures, and reporting structures\nTranslate business and reporting requirements into intuitive dashboards, KPIs, reports, and analytical solutions\nWrite and optimize complex SQL and Oracle PL/SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, analysis, validation, and reporting\nExtract, cleanse, transform, integrate, and validate data from multiple healthcare and operational data sources\nDevelop and execute data mining and analytical queries against relational databases and enterprise data warehouse environments\nCreate and maintain standardized reports while supporting the modernization and rebuilding of legacy reports in Power BI\nEnhance and troubleshoot existing SQL scripts, Power BI reports, and SSRS reports based on evolving business and end-user requirements\nAnalyze healthcare datasets including medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility, authorization, clinical/EHR, pharmacy, and operational data\nDevelop KPI and performance dashboards that provide actionable insights to clinical, operational, and management stakeholders\nValidate data and reporting outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and data integrity\nManage file loads, data transfers, and integration of external datasets used for contract and operational reporting\nFamiliarity with using GitHub or other version control systems for source code management and collaborative development \nMaintain a strong understanding of data warehouse structures, database design, data definitions, system capabilities, and upstream/downstream reporting dependencies\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions\nSupport time-sensitive contract deliverables, recurring reporting requirements, and ad hoc analytical requests\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, forward leaning and forward thinking \nAssertive and proactive communication to provide status updates, ask questions, and employ an iterative/ consultative approach that informs team, customers and stakeholders \nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related data-centric field\nExperience Requirements:\n3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related data-focused role\nHands-on experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports\nExperience developing and working with Power BI semantic models, data relationships, measures, and reporting logic\nStrong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, query development, and report creation\nExperience developing Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL queries and scripts\nExperience working with relational databases and enterprise data warehouse environments\nExperience extracting, cleansing, transforming, validating, and integrating data from multiple sources\nExperience developing KPI dashboards, standardized reports, and data visualizations for business and operational users\nExperience troubleshooting and enhancing existing SQL scripts and Power BI reporting solutions.\nUnderstanding of data quality, data integrity, database design, data definitions, and reporting dependencies\nAbility to translate business requirements and complex datasets into clear, actionable reporting and visualizations\nDesired Requirements:\nExperience developing DAX measures and expressions within Power BI\nExperience with Power Query and data transformation within Power BI\nExperience developing or maintaining SSRS reports\nExperience modernizing or rebuilding legacy reports in Power BI\nExperience with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI) for ad hoc reporting and report development\nExperience working with healthcare data, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility, authorization, EHR/clinical, or pharmacy data\nExperience supporting behavioral health, population health, healthcare quality, or HEDIS-related reporting\nExperience integrating and reconciling data from multiple internal and external sources.\nExperience with Python, R, Alteryx, or similar data analysis/transformation tools is a plus\nAbility to collaborate across functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nAbility to manage multiple
