mission success.\nResponsibilities Include:\nArchitect, design, develop, enhance, and maintain custom Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications supporting complex business processes and mission-critical operations\nLead end-to-end Canvas application development, including application architecture, user interface design, data connectivity, business logic, testing, deployment, and sustainment\nDesign intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Power Apps Canvas controls, Power Fx, reusable components, and custom UI capabilities\nLeverage full-stack software development experience, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies, to support custom interface development and advanced application functionality\nDevelop applications that connect to and consume data from Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server, using appropriate connectors, APIs, and integration services without dependence on Dataverse\nWrite, analyze, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and Oracle PL/SQL to support application functionality, data retrieval, and performance optimization\nCollaborate with database administrators, integration specialists, and software development teams to design efficient data access and integration solutions\nDesign and implement application business logic, workflows, data validation, and automation using Power Fx, Power Automate, and related technologies\nDevelop or integrate REST APIs, custom connectors, and other services as needed to support communication across enterprise systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex applications, database connectivity, integration, and performance issue\nApply best practices for Power Apps delegation, performance optimization, error handling, and maintainable application architecture\nImplement appropriate application security, role-based access, authentication, and data access controls in accordance with federal security requirements\nSupport Power Platform application lifecycle management, including solution packaging, version control, environment management, testing, and deployment\nCollaborate directly with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate operational requirements into functional, scalable application solutions\nProvide technical guidance, recommend architectural improvements, and support development standards and best practices\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree required \nExperienceRequirements:\n15+ years of progressive software development experience, including significant hands-on experience architecting and developing custom Microsoft Power Apps Canvas applications\nDemonstrated experience independently designing and building complex Canvas applications from initial requirements through production deployment\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps Canvas development, Power Fx, reusable components, forms, galleries, variables, collections, and application state management\nStrong experience integrating Canvas applications with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, including data retrieval, manipulation, validation, and performance optimization\nWorking proficiency with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL, including the ability to understand, write, and troubleshoot queries, stored procedures, and database interactions\nExperience integrating applications with REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise integration services\nExperience developing custom business logic, automating workflows, and troubleshooting application performance issues\nUnderstanding of Power Platform security, environment management, deployment, and application lifecycle management\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, integration engineers, business analysts, and technical stakeholders\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills\nDesired Requrements:\nExperience developing custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS\nExperience with traditional full-stack development technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, or modern front-end frameworks\nExperience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and implementing integration solutions across heterogeneous enterprise environments\nExperience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), governance, security architecture, and enterprise deployment standards\nExperience with Azure services, Azure Functions, API Management, and related integration technologies\nExperience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow orchestration and business process automation.\nFamiliarity with Power BI, reporting interfaces, and data visualization\nExperience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, and automated application deployment\nExperience developing secure enterprise applications within federal government
