platforms, modelling software for our products and client\ndeployments, and integrating systems with third parties, collaborating\nwith analysts, product owners, architect and other team members to\ndrive out the technical requirements for a solution.\nMain Job Responsibilities:\nLeads/participates in design,development, coding, UI, testing, installation\nand support of software applications,\ninterfaces, tools and services.\n\nWork with architectand project team to create or update technical specifications and\ndocumentation.\n\nDiagram process design models usingMendix working from requirements documents created by business\nanalysts.\n\nProvide effort estimates and deliveraccording to estimates.\n\nVerify other’s effortestimates and correct them if necessary.\n\nReview theprocess design of other team members and provide\nrecommendations.\n\nBuild reusable and custom componentsthat can be leveraged throughout the organization.\n\nAnalyze and work with documentation in UML notation\nModel, develop and assist others in the construction of softwareusing Mendix\n\nCollaborate with the Technical SupportDepartment in solving production issues and getting new software\nreleases into the production environment\n\nParticipate in appraisal processes of team members.\nDetermine and document the impact of process changes and clearlyarticulate different alternatives.\n\nCollaborate withthe Production Support Department in solving production issues\nand getting new software releases into the production\nenvironment.\n\nSupport on the development of “Proof ofConcept” projects as needed.\n\nProvide guidance andsupervision to Mendix, Java, UI and mobile developers belonging\nto the department.\n\nLead the proof of concepts
