ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Data entry operators are responsible for accurately entering important company data and keeping records up-to-date

  • Follow proper operation of the printer. Take control of standard parameters.

  • Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.

  • Verifies and logs receipt of data.

  • Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.

  • Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

  • Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.

  • Perform troubleshooting work on the machine

  • Follow good practices, processes in the production process

  • Ensuring proper use of office equipment; Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets and documents.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Degree (after 12th) in any stream

Experience :

  • 2-3 year experience in MIS [Managing data]

  • Thorough knowledge in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PPT)

  • Microsoft excel - familiarize Latest formulas

  • Added advantage of AI and latest data management tools

  • Typing speed and good knowledge of advanced excel formulas
