This includes leading machine set-ups and changeovers, problem-solving, coordinating preventative maintenance (PMs), and making decisions on machine adjustments.\nWork Schedule: 3rd Shift, 11PM-7AM Monday - Friday\nStarting Hourly Rate: $25.09/hour + $2.00 Shift Differential\nPrimary Job Duties and Responsibilities:\nActivities and duties may vary depending on specific needs. Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:\nLoading raw material into the machine and unloading finished products.\nDetermining and controlling the machine cycle, varying and modifying as necessary to create and maintain a quality product.\n\nPerforming tests and checking product routinely for multiple characteristics, using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against standards that are not readily measurable.\n\nHousekeeping of assets and maintain quality products.\n\nMeeting production schedules and programming production sequences for optimal productivity.\n\nFollowing standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher level technical personnel. Monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.\n\nMaintaining production records and logs of equipment and product performance.\n\nFollowing all health, safety and housekeeping procedures, policies and practices. Consistently working in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers and manufacturing systems.\n\nSupporting safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nTeamwork: Assisting and supporting other team members in meeting department and site goals including Finishing assets in the department. Participating and sharing in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility. Contributing and participating in team decision making.
