- Oversee day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations in an on-site capacity to ensure compliance with service level agreements and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and foster the professional growth of the logistics team while promoting a collaborative team culture.
- Monitor key performance metrics, implement process improvements, and eliminate operational bottlenecks using lean principles.
- Partner with customer service, supply chain, and external transportation partners to optimize freight efficiency and inventory flow.
- Manage warehouse inventory integrity through rigorous cycle counting and inventory control procedures.
- Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Solid working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical ability to interpret operational performance metrics and drive process optimization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to direct teams and engage effectively with internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive mindset in driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
