The primary responsibility of this role is to lead employee operational support and manage employee inquiries for the Thailand workforce, ensuring a high degree of employee satisfaction, expertise, accuracy, and timeliness.\nKey Responsibilities\nLocation status: On-site / Hybrid / Remote.\n\nAct as a key HR representative in Thailand and provide quality HR service to local workforce and business.\n\nLiaise with line managers and support a wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, performance management and talent development.\n\nServe as the expert on Thailand local policies, providing guidance and support to employees and escalate as necessary.\n\nManage local operational matters in Thailand such as employee onboarding, insurance renewals, employee surveys, local management activities etc.\n\nManage and resolve complex employee queries and employee relations matters, disciplinary issues, grievances, and labor disputes, etc.\n\nProvide advice to management teams and people managers on the company HR strategy, such as Service delivery, performance management, talent & development, compensation, support in implementing digital strategies and processes, etc.\n\nSupport implementation of organizational change agenda including transformational projects.\n\nAssist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet operational and business objectives.\n\nAct as a cultural ambassador, embedding corporate values and practices within the organization, and organize cultural-driven activities to cultivate a positive work environment.\n\nMonitor adherence to corporate values and management principles, ensuring cultural alignment and organization health.\n\n Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or related studies; a post-graduate degree in HR management is an advantage.\n\nMinimum 4-6 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services within a complex organization.\n\nA customer-focused approach with the professional ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders.\n\nStrong drive for results and the ability to navigate a matrix organization with responsiveness and speed.\n\nAbility to work independently for end-to-end process and achieve expected work results.\n\nAbility to interpret data to understand service trends and workload capacity.\n\nDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with strict confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.\n\nSuperior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai are essential.\n\nSolid understanding of Thailand Labor Laws.\n\nHigh proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office is required; experience with Oracle and ServiceNow is a significant advantage.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nAvery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer.
