In this role, you will own machine performance, monitor print accuracy, and perform preventive maintenance to deliver high-quality products. If you are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.\nShift: Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM\nKey Responsibilities\nMachine Setup & Operation: Set up, align, and operate flexographic presses, plates, cylinders, and dies according to job specifications.\n\nQuality Control: Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and defects using precise test methods to ensure high-quality standards.\n\nProcess Management: Blend inks and varnishes, measure viscosity, load raw materials, and maintain optimal press operating speeds.\n\nEquipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance, clean components, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize uptime.\n\nSafety & Continuous Improvement: Follow SOPs, maintain a safe production environment, and record daily time and material usage in the management system.\n\n 1-2 years of flexographic printing or machine operation experience preferred.\n\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and basic math proficiency.\n\nAbility to work independently, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate with team members.\n\n All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
