We are seeking a self-motivated Printing & Slitting Machine Operator to join our 3rd Shift, 11PM-7AM, Sun-Thurs.\nIn this role, you will operate thermal, inkjet, and turret slitter equipment to print, encode, slit, and finish custom labels, tags, and RFID products. Working alongside supportive teammates, supervisors, and cross-functional teams like Quality and Warehouse, you will ensure high-quality production runs that meet customer specifications.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSet up, operate, and troubleshoot thermal, inkjet (Astro Nova, Muhlbauer PL Light), and Monarch printing systems.\n\nPerform equipment setups, changeovers, and knife/tension adjustments on single/dual tooling turret slitters.\n\nInterpret order specifications, perform quality checks, and manage station materials and inventory.\n\nLoad supply rolls, pack finished orders, create case labels, and stage completed products.\n\nCollaborate with your team to solve problems, support safety, and identify continuous process improvements.\n\n High School Diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of related machine operation experience preferred.\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and good color vision.\n\nFamiliarity with measurement tools (shop scales, overlay gauges) and basic math (decimals/percentages).\n\nBasic PC proficiency (Google Workspace, Excel, Word, or production management software).\n\nAbility to stand up to 8 hours daily and lift/carry up to 50 lbs (30 lbs overhead).\n\nSelf-starter who works well independently and collaborates effectively in a team environment.\n\n All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
