Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment. This position differs from the “Internal Sales Consultant” position in that the majority of time is dedicated to supporting the sale activities and the customer and not toward direct selling.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThis is an on-site position based in Liverpool, NY.\nManage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.\n\nProvides telephone customer service regarding the company's services and/or products.\n\nIdentifies customer's needs and determines appropriate action.\n\nUses a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders.\n\nEvaluates and resolves customer complaints professionally and tactfully.\n\n High School Diploma or equivalent required.\n\n5+ years of Customer Service or related experience.\n\nStrong written, verbal and telephone skills.\n\nStrong data entry and organizational skills with detail orientation and good follow-up skills.\n\nKnowledgeable on technical aspects of assigned product lines and customers, with the ability to effectively manage many priorities and issues.\n\n The hourly range for this position is $22-$30/ hour. The hiring range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
