In this hybrid role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, balancing proactive sales outreach with exceptional customer service and accurate order management. The ideal candidate is a master multitasker who can pivot from a friendly customer service call to a strategic sales conversation, all while ensuring data is meticulously entered into our systems. Inside Sales & Account Management\nProactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information about our product offerings, and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.\nIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.\nUpsell and cross-sell complementary products or services to existing customers by understanding their unique needs.\nQualify leads and route significant opportunities to the appropriate Outside Sales Representatives when necessary.\nPrepare and present accurate price quotes and product availability to clients in a timely manner.\n2. Customer Service & Support\nServe as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.\nResolve customer issues, complaints, or shipping delays with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset. Process returns and credits as required.\nProvide basic technical product knowledge and guide customers toward the right solutions for their needs.\nBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.\n3.
