This role requires strong analytical and logical reasoning to balance stock levels, optimize inventory turnover, and ensure seamless supply chain performance.\nOptimize raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory levels using Oracle ERP to balance service levels and holding costs.\n\nValidate demand forecasts against inventory and open orders to prevent stockouts and manage excess inventory.\n\nSet and adjust safety stock parameters, reorder points, and replenishment schedules based on usage and lead times.\n\nAddress inventory supply bottlenecks promptly to prevent disruption to production and delivery schedules.\n\nCollaborate with Production, Material Planning, Quality Control, Warehouse, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.\n\nMaintain daily/weekly inventory dashboards tracking KPIs (Turnover Ratio, Stockout Rates, SLOB stock)\n\nWork independently under minimal supervision to meet assigned KPI targets.\n\nWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:\nStrong analytical and logical reasoning skills with proficiency in handling large data files.\n\n2-4 years of experience in Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Management within manufacturing.\n\nSound understanding of inventory principles (Safety Stock, Reorder Levels, ABC/XYZ Analysis, BOM, and Routing).\n\nHigh attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and operational integrity.\n\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nEDUCATION & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:\nDegree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration\n\n2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory or supply chain planning\n\nAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification is desirable\n\nHands-on experience with Oracle ERP / SCM modules\n\nBackground in Printing, Packaging, or Apparel Labeling manufacturing is an added advantage.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages\n\nPlease note that if you have not heard from the HR Department within 30 days of this advert closing, your application has unfortunately been unsuccessful.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
