Our customer base is comprised of pressure sensitive tape converters and OEM/Direct Manufacturers utilizing pressure sensitive tape solutions. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Sales and will work remotely.\nIn your role as Key Account Manager, delivering on these responsibilities is critical to success:\nEffectively manage a territory of complex, large accounts\nRepresent Performance Tapes products & solutions across a wide variety of end use segments and applications\nUtilize disciplined and organized approach to championing large projects, managing the internal and external constituents to achieve desired outcomes\nLeverage large account management skills across all levels of the organization both internally and at the customer level\nManage profitable growth while maintaining existing business at appropriate margin levels through pricing or efficiency actions\nMaintain and grow a healthy pipeline of differentiated opportunities to support the long term growth objectives of Performance Tapes\nDevelop strong relationships with key stakeholders within your customer base, with the goal of becoming a trusted resource and partner that adds value to their business\nUnderstand the key outcomes of customers/OEMs, aligning internal resources and products to support those objectives resulting in mutual growth\nWork closely with critical internal functions (Technical/R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance) in the support of business critical objectives and growth\nOther tasks as assigned\n 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the apparel, textile or printing industry.
