This role combines deep technical expertise with operational autonomy to manage complex maintenance activities and ensure the reliability and safety of production assets. The position is responsible for defining and improving preventive and corrective maintenance programs to guarantee business continuity.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide advanced technical support to the Cadorago Distribution Center, focusing on the performance of slitting lines and automated packaging systems.\nDiagnose complex technical issues and develop/execute effective corrective and preventive actions.\nLead automation optimization and control system modifications across manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.\nManage business-critical suppliers and network with internal technical experts to share best practices.\nParticipate in local maintenance strategy, including budget input and subcontractor management.\n Your profile:\nYou have a minimum of 3 years of successful industrial maintenance experience, preferably in the paper, slitter/rewinder, or adhesive tape industries.\n You possess the proven ability to independently troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical systems on highly automated machinery. \nYou have a solid understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics. Practical experience with automation networks (hardware and software). Deep knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens technology will be considered a strong plus.\nYou speak and write Italian fluently.
