The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality. The employee ensures that production processes are completed efficiently while meeting the company’s quality standards and delivery deadlines.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nPlotter & Label Department\nOperate plotter machines according to work instructions.\n\nWeed and prepare transfers for production.\n\nPrepare and process design files for production.\n\nOrganize and manage transfers before they are sent to production.\n\nEnsure all work meets quality and production standards.\n\nApplication Department\nOperate hand presses and carousel presses to apply logos, names, numbers, and other transfers to garments.\n\nFollow production specifications and work instructions accurately.\n\nUnpack incoming garments and prepare them for production.\n\nPack finished garments according to customer specifications.\n\nPrepare packing materials and complete packing lists accurately.\n\nPerform quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet company standards.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nWork safely and comply with all company health and safety procedures.\n\nMaintain a clean and organized workstation.\n\nMeet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.\n\nReport production issues, quality concerns, or equipment malfunctions to the Team Leader.\n\nHandle company materials, garments, and equipment with care.\n\nWork collaboratively with colleagues across departments.\n\nBe flexible and support other production areas when required.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.\n\n Skills and Competencies\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nFlexible and willing to work in different production departments.\n\nQuality-focused with a proactive attitude.\n\nAble to work under pressure and meet production deadlines\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand for extended periods.\n\nAbility to lift and move production materials when required.\n\nManual dexterity and accuracy when handling garments and transfers.\n\n Additional information\nWe not only embrace change… we drive it.
