You will focus on maintaining strict compliance with established product standards, guiding and developing the quality team, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving quality-related customer matters to uphold operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This is an on-site position based at our manufacturing facility in Saray/Tekirdağ.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, schedule, and mentor the Quality Control team, including managing workload distribution, staff planning, and providing structured on-the-job training.\nOversee and audit quality control processes, safety practices, and 5S/recycling activities to ensure strict compliance with product standards.\nCreate, update, and ensure the consistent implementation of company procedures and quality documentation across operations.\nDrive continuous process improvement projects and develop operational strategies to optimize safety, cost, quality, inventory, and workflow stability.\nManage departmental budgeting and production flow, and resolve customer complaints through end-to-end investigation and cross-functional communication.\n Required:\nBachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or a related engineering/technical discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years of relevant quality control and assurance experience in a (textile) manufacturing environment.\nSolid background and proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and departmental management.\nSkills you need to succeed:\nDemonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Quality Standards, Social Compliance, and occupational health and safety regulations.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work systematically and generate structured management reports.\n What we offer\nA glimpse of the great benefits you can expect:\nFinancial & Health Benefits: We offer Health insurance and various allowances, including Social, Food, Bairam, Meal, Shuttle, and Heating allowances. \n Time Off: Enjoy a minimum of 16 days of Annual Leave (increasing with seniority) and we also provide specific paid leave for life events. \nShuttles: To our Saray plant from/to Vize/Kirklareli, Saray/Tekirdag, Kapakli/Tekirdag, Corlu/Tekirdag, and Cerkezkoy/Tekirdag\nContinuous Development: We invest in your growth with individually set-up development plans, access to language courses, and various internal trainings. \nCommunity Engagement: Opportunities to participate in volunteer activities to support Non-Profit Organizations.\nTo help us process your application quickly, please upload your CV in either PDF or Word format.
