Learn more at www.averydennison.com.\n OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS:\nDISPATCH FUNCTIONS\nEnsure that daily delivery targets are met\n\nEnsure correct labeling and packaging of the finished product\n\nEnsure that the correct procedure for handling deliveries is adhered to in respect of:\n\nThe necessary quality checks have been done on selected consignments\n\nThe correct documentation is issued\n\nOn time deliveries\n\nEnsure Transport Management System is consistently followed\n\nReconciliation of system versus actual deliveries daily\n\nCustomer claims and collections completed according to Salesforce procedure\n\nSTOCK CONTROL\nManage consumables for daily consumption\n\nEnsure that the correct procedure for handling raw materials is adhered to in respect of:\n\nConsumption\n\nReturn to rack location\n\nMonitor and control master roll and slit stock by:\n\nAccurate cycle counts on an at least monthly basis\n\nInvestigations done on inventory deviations, and the necessary supporting corrective action in terms of adjustments and investigations completed.\n\nEffectively control scrap:\n\nImplement a plan to re-evaluate products in hold and defect locations continuously\n\nEnsure scrap product is correctly and responsibly disposed off when necessary\n\nManaging drivers and vehicles\n\nEnsuring vehicle licencing, driver's licenses and PDP renewals are in order\n\nEnsure that all vehicles are serviced as per vehicle specification\n\nEnsure that all vehicles are cleaned weekly\n\nEnsure daily inspections on delivery vehicles and forklifts.
