tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and withholding taxes.\n\nHandle tax audits, tax inquiries, and disputes with Indonesian tax authorities.\n\nReview transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with local regulations.\n\nSupport tax accounting, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.\n\nProvide tax advisory support to business functions and identify potential tax risks and opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with regional and global tax teams on cross-border transactions and tax-related matters.\n\nDrive tax process improvements, automation, and stronger internal controls.\n\nSupport and develop team capabilities while promoting a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.\n\n Qualifications & Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 5-8 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a multinational company or manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including CIT, VAT, withholding taxes, and transfer pricing.\n\nHands on experience in managing tax audits and dealing with tax authorities.\n\nExperience with intercompany transactions and international taxation is highly preferred.\n\nFamiliarity with Oracle, Coretax, and tax reporting systems is an advantage.\n\nStrong analytical, problem solving, and communication
