This role will be on 1st Shift, 6AM-2PM. This includes:\nWorking the main receiving dock and managing the final disposition of products.\n\nReceipt, identification, verification, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods according to department guidelines and specifications.\n\nAccurately processing and maintaining all related documentation via PC and handwritten records, and maintaining inventory per department guidelines.\n\nUtilizing appropriate material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials; preparing orders for shipment including pallet labeling, consolidation, and stretch wrapping.\n\nResponding to inter-company requests for materials and material counts, serving as a resource for team members in resolving related issues.\n\nTraining, assisting, and supporting team members in problem-solving and achieving department goals.\n\nContinuously reviewing processes and identifying improvement methods to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate non-value-added work.\n\nPerforming general housekeeping tasks, maintaining 5S standards, and assisting other job functions within the process based on business needs and leadership direction.\n\n To excel in this position, candidates should possess:\nA High School Diploma or GED.\n\n2+ years of experience in material handling and powered equipment operation preferred.\n\nProficiency with inventory control systems, storage locator systems, and basic math calculations.\n\nDemonstrated skill and safety in operating material handling equipment (Order Picker, Swing Reach, Forklift, Hand Trucks, Pallet Trucks, Clamp Truck).
