The internship offers contact with industrial software technologies, databases, and systems integration, providing practical learning in projects and customer support.\nMain responsibilities\nAssist with support and project development activities for clients using AVEVA solutions globally.\nAssist in the investigation and resolution of incidents related to HMI/SCADA and MES systems.\nPerform configurations, tests, and validations of applications using technologies such as:\nAVEVA Edge\nAVEVA System Platform\nAVEVA MES solutions\nSupport implementation and maintenance activities of industrial systems.\nAssist in analyzing logs, process data, and database information for problem diagnosis.\nPrepare and update technical documentation.\nWork in conjunction with consultants and specialists to handle service requests and execute projects.\nSupport training, testing, and activities related to the lifecycle of implemented solutions.\nRequirements:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in:\nControl and Automation Engineering\nElectrical Engineering\nComputer Engineering\nComputer Science\nInformation Systems\nSystems Analysis and Development\nOr related fields\nInterest in technical support and customer service.\nInterest in developing HMI/SCADA and MES systems.\nBasic knowledge of programming logic.\nBasic knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar).\nAnalytical skills and interest in problem-solving.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nBasic or intermediate English.\nPreferred Skills:\nKnowledge of SQL.\nBasic knowledge of languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with industrial automation, PLCs, industrial networks, SCADA, MES, or IioT.\nAdvanced English.\nDesired Profile\nWe are looking for students interested in technology and customer support who enjoy investigating problems, learning new tools, and working in teams.
