Global Technical Support & Issue Resolution (Primary Focus)\nDeliver L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Fusion across 40+ countries and multiple time zones.\n\nTroubleshoot issues related to:\nBI Publisher, OTBI Reports & FRS\n\nBICC\n\nFBDI/HCM/financial interface errors\n\nREST & SOAP API integrations\n\nUCM file transfers and staging table exceptions\n\nInvestigate and resolve regional localization issues (tax, statutory fields, formats).\n\nProvide root-cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes.\n\nKnowledge of Sandbox creation, Webservices, exposure to Groovy Script.\n\n2. Template Maintenance & Localization\nSupport, modify, and enhanceBI Publisher templates across:\nGL, AP, AR, FA, CM\n\nProcurement\n\nPPM\n\nSubscriptions\n\nRMCS\n\nEnsure templates meet:\nGlobal standards\n\nLocal statutory requirements\n\nBranding, language, and formatting conventions\n\n3. E-Invoicing Support (Multi-Region)\nSupport e-invoicing processes across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.\n\nTroubleshoot schema validations, rejections, data extraction issues, and statutory updates.\n\nWork with regional Finance and Tax teams for compliance and legislative changes.\n\n4. Integration Support (MuleSoft Collaboration)\nAct as theOracle Fusion technical liaison for all MuleSoft integrations.\n\nSupport Oracle-side integration components:\nREST/SOAP service enablement\n\nFBDI inbound processes\n\nBI Publisher extracts\n\nUCM interfaces\n\nHelp troubleshoot cross-system issues using payloads, logs, and error reports.\n\nSupport testing for integration changes and enhancements.\n\n5. Reports Support & Enhancements\nMaintain and troubleshoot:\nOTBI reports\n\nBI Publisher reports & data models\n\nFinancial Reporting Studio (FRS) reports\n\nOptimise report performance and ensure accuracy across global regions.\n\n6. Support for Small Change Requests\nDeliver minor enhancements to existing:\nTemplates\n\nReports\n\nData models\n\nFBDI integrations\n\nAPI configurations\n\nBICC PVO Enhancements\n\nParticipate in scoping, technical impact analysis, and documentation.\n\nEnsure changes are fully tested and deployed following standard change control.\n\n7. Participation in Larger Projects (as needed)\nAssist in requirements gathering, technical design, testing, or cutover tasks.\n\nSupport global rollouts, new country onboarding, or module enhancements.\n\nContribute technical inputs for integration, reporting, and data conversion activities.\n\n8. Quarterly Patch Support\nPerform technical impact assessment after each Oracle Cloud quarterly update.\n\nRun regression testing and fix patch-related defects.\n\nCoordinate with global stakeholders on any changes impacting technical components.\n\nIn-Scope Oracle Fusion Modules\nFinancials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM\n\nProcurement\n\nProject Portfolio Management (PPM)\n\nSubscriptions Management\n\nOrder Management (OM)\n\nRevenue Management (RMCS)\n\nThese modules are deployed globally across40+ countries in APAC, EMEA, NA & LATAM.\nIT at AVEVA\nOur global team of 300+ IT professionals is responsible for the systems and platforms that keep AVEVA running.
