You will be supporting and processing the EMEA payrolls, managing the outsourced process.\nResponsibilities\nSupport internal & external audits across EMEA \nResponsible for end-to-end payroll process of assigned EMEA payrolls in coordination with out-sourced provider \nResponsible for delivering payroll/accounting month end procedures \nWork with the business to answer complex payroll queries \nSupport HR function to resolve payroll related issues \nTimely and accurate input of required information from the HRIS system and email instructions. \nEnsuring completion of appropriate statutory returns and other statutory reporting information \nDealing with all payroll related queries directly and confidently \nMaintaining information in accordance with legal and company requirements of retention and confidentiality \nMaintaining an up to date working knowledge of company and legislative requirements in area of responsibility and advising colleagues on the impact of any changes or improvements put forward or required \nSkills and Qualifications\nAt least 2 years experience within an EMEA payroll environment \nExperienced customer service skills \nExperience of working with multiple policies and bargaining agreements across Europe \nMicrosoft Office excellence \nExcellent stakeholder management \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nBeneficial Skills\nExperience of Finance processes including GL management \nKnowledge of Workday \nCIPP qualification \nUK Benefits include:\nFlexible benefits fund, emergency leave days, adoption leave, 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension, life cover, private medical insurance, parental leave, education assistance program.\nIt’s possible we’re hiring for this position in multiple countries, in which case the above benefits apply to the primary location.
