The successful candidate will establish technical standards, drive architecture governance, and ensure solutions align with customer business objectives, industry best practices, and organizational quality standards.\nIn addition to technical leadership, this role includes people management responsibilities, providing mentorship, coaching, and career development for a team of solution architects, technical leads, and engineers. operational requirements.\nPrepare, review, and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Detailed Design specifications (DDS), Solution architecture, System Architecture, Factory Acceptance Test Procedure, Site Acceptance Test Procedures and deployment documentation.\nDesign and govern deployment architectures for the complete AVEVA Operations Control ecosystem, including:AVEVA System Platform\nAVEVA Operations Management Interface (OMI)\nAVEVA Historian\nAVEVA Identity Manager\nGalaxy Repository\nApplication Object Servers\nAlarm and integration patterns, customer standards, and AVEVA best practices.\nDesign secure authentication and authorization solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, HTTPS/TLS, and role-based access control (RBAC).\nReview and approve technical designs, engineering deliverables, and deployment strategies to ensure architectural consistency, maintainability, and operational excellence.\nEstablish architecture standards, reusable design patterns, implementation guidelines, and technical governance processes across projects.\nEvaluate new AVEVA product capabilities and emerging technologies to continuously improve solution architecture, standardization, and delivery efficiency.\nIdentify technical risks, perform architecture reviews, and define mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.\nEnsure all solution designs comply with AVEVA recommended practices, cybersecurity requirements, organizational governance, regulatory standards, and project-specific performance, availability, and reliability objectives.\nEssential requirements\nNon-Technical:\nExcellent written, verbal, technical, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers, executive stakeholders, project teams, and multidisciplinary engineering organizations.\nStrong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills with experience in developing high-performing technical teams.\nProven ability to lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, technical governance meetings, and executive presentations.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex technical challenges.\nExperience in effort estimation, resource planning, risk management, and technical governance across multiple concurrent projects.\nWillingness and flexibility to travel for customer engagements, architecture workshops, solution reviews, commissioning support, and project delivery activities.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms.\nExperience designing secure architectures utilizing HTTPS/TLS, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and cybersecurity best practices\nStrong understanding of OT/IT convergence and enterprise integration with systems such as SAP, IBM Maximo, Microsoft applications, RESTful APIs, OPC DA/UA, MQTT, and other industrial communication protocols.\nExperience designing enterprise data architectures involving AVEVA Historian, SQL Server, reporting platforms, and analytics solutions.\nStrong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Machines, networking, storage, identity management, and hybrid deployment architectures.\nExperience establishing architecture standards, engineering guidelines, reusable frameworks, and governance processes across multiple projects.\nProven ability to perform technical reviews, solution validation, architecture governance, and design assurance throughout the project lifecycle.\n Strong knowledge of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, production deployment, operational readiness, and support transition.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams through the complete project lifecycle, from solution consulting and architecture to implementation, commissioning, and production support.\nExperience with AVEVA CONNECT, Industrial IoT, Digital Transformation initiatives, and cloud-based industrial
