We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer/Business Analyst who can understand business processes and also build the tools around them.\n ELIDI Securities Ltd was incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus in 2016 and it is a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF), authorised and regulated by CySEC, under Licence No. 352/17\n Responsibilities Чем предстоит заниматься:\n Work with front office, back office, risk and compliance to gather requirements and turn them into clear functional and technical specifications.\n Analyse and document trade lifecycle workflows in Calypso, including booking, confirmation, settlement and reporting.\n Design and build internal web applications and dashboards on top of Calypso data, both frontend and backend.\n Configure Calypso workflows, static data and reports together with the vendor and the internal team.\n Prepare test scenarios, take part in UAT, and support users after go-live.\n Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory purposes (MiFID II, DORA).\n Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the I.T. department or the Management to support the business operations.\n RequirementsКлючевые требования:\n Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n 3+ years in full-stack development and/or business analysis, preferably in capital markets or fintech.\n Hands-on experience with Calypso, or a similar platform such as Murex, Summit or FIS, is a strong advantage.\n Good understanding of financial instruments and the trade lifecycle.\n Frontend skills in Vue, React or Angular with TypeScript.\n Backend skills in Java, Python or Node.js, plus solid SQL (MS SQL or Oracle).\n Ability to talk confidently with both traders and developers.\n Strong English (written and spoken)\n Russian language
