This position will also provide technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments as well as establish goals and plans that meet project objectives. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager to provide documented test result from system testing and commissioning.\nDay-To-Day Responsibilities:\nRead and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints\nTest point-to-point functionality of systems\nReview project Scope of Work (SOW) to ensure quality and completeness of installation\nTest integrated systems and perform troubleshooting for AMX/Crestron and DSP systems\nField installation of control programs (AMX/Crestron) - upload and download capability\nWrite code for DSP systems (Q-SYS and Biamp)\nDigital audio network setup\nMake minor programming changes under the direction of an engineer or programmer\nFine tune audio video systems to ensure optimal performance\nConfigure IP addressable devices to establish communication on a network\nPerform client training and final job documentation as needed\nAct as a customer liaison in absence of Project Manager\nCreate, track, and complete a project Punchlist\nAbility to travel to various job sites required \nPerform additional tasks, responsibilities, and projects as needed to support the team and organization, ensuring flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and objectives.\nItems to Consider:\nAVI-SPL reserves the right to alter work hours and work location as necessary.
