Firstly, provide dedicated onsite service to one of our major clients. This will be to provide flexible holiday cover for the existing onsite team. Secondly, to provide pro-active and re-active service and maintenance of audio visual and Unified Communication equipment on customers premises throughout the UK and Europe.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repair, test, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference and Unified Communication systems.\nDay-To-Day Responsibilities:\nFault finding and repair of AV/UC Systems at client’s premises. \nDevelop close relationships with clients to exploit all potential opportunities for service contracts that may arise, either alone, or with the relevant AVISPL colleagues. \nLiaise with other internal departments, clients and contractors both in-house and on client’s sites. \nProvide a courteous, comprehensive and assistive service for all clients and their representatives. \nRead and interpret electronic schematics and architectural drawings. \nPerform service tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner in accordance with our service ticketing system, duties may include installation and termination of cabling and hardware. \nSkills & Qualifications:\nAs a business we aim to help every one of our employees achieve their potential, So if you are looking to become the best in what you do, AVI-SPL is probably the right place\nfor you to call home.
