What you’ll do This position is a hybrid role, focusing on two key areas. Firstly, provide dedicated onsite service to one of our major clients. This will be to provide flexible holiday cover for the existing onsite team. Secondly, to provide pro-active and re-active service and maintenance of audio visual and Unified Communication equipment on customers premises throughout the UK and Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing faults, repair, test, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference and Unified Communication system
