Responsibilities Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and optimizing transportation and logistics operations for assigned regions and/or customers. This position is responsible for ensuring equipment reaches the correct destination on time while minimizing costs and maintaining operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include transportation coordination and direct carrier booking, vendor management, inventory oversight, and collaboration with purchasing, sales, finance, and project teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound financial judgment, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end daily inbound/outbound logistics operations for AV equipment, including Transportation (Linehaul/first/last mile/White Glove, TL and LTL, Parcel, Ocean Imports, and Air Freight), scheduling, RMAs processes, and tracking of equipment between warehouses and to client sites. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to understand client requirements on a shipment
