We believe that success starts with a sound team and that an inclusive and diverse workplace moves us all forward.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nWe are seeking an experienced AV Technician with a strong background supporting C-Suite executives and senior leadership. This role provides end-to-end meeting support for onsite, hybrid, and virtual meetings, ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience from scheduling through execution. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly professional, and technically strong across modern collaboration platforms and conference room AV systems. The position also delivers webcasting scheduling and support services across multiple regions, with a strong focus on operational excellence, documentation, and SLA compliance.\nTravel may be required, up to 20 percent per month (varies by business needs; not always required).\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide start-up and dedicated end-to-end support for on-site, hybrid, virtual, and webcasting events, including high-visibility meetings for C-Suite and senior leadership.\nSupport end users in the operation of AV systems and collaboration technologies, including direct assistance and training as needed.\nCreate, schedule, and manage webcasting/live broadcast events \nCoordinate with internal teams, service providers, and webcasting vendors to gather requirements, align resources, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed, and ensure services operate within SLA expectations.\nPerform regular conference room checks, certifications, and preventative maintenance to established standards, including basic troubleshooting and fault isolation, break fix, software updates, and component replacement and reinstallation tasks (for example: projector lamps and filter cleaning).\nComplete administrative and operational tasks including service ticketing, request and incident updates, maintenance tracking, and documentation in accordance with SOPs and customer safety and procedural guidelines.\nMaintain and improve service documentation, coordinate updates to end-user tools and interfaces, participate in resolver team calls, and provide periodic and ad hoc reporting for supported services.\nWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR\nRequired Qualifications\nProven experience as an AV Technician or similar role supporting enterprise meeting environments. Strong understanding of AV fundamentals: signal flow, conferencing audio best practices, camera framing, lighting basics, and troubleshooting methodology.\nDemonstrated experience providing direct support for C-Suite and executive stakeholders (high-visibility, time-sensitive meetings).\nStrong working knowledge of industry collaboration tools (for example: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex) including meeting scheduling, configuration, and live support.\nExcellent customer service, communication, and professionalism; able to interact confidently with senior leadership and their support teams.\nAbility to prioritize multiple requests and remain composed in fast-paced environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Cisco and Lenovo Microsoft Teams Rooms and Cisco Webex hardware and technology\nExperience supporting Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Global Meet, Teams Live Event, Polling/Survey Technology\n3+ Years Experience supporting executive/C-Suite Level associates\nExperienced with fully integrated AV environments, advanced control platforms, and corporate conference room technology standards\nProven success supporting off-site events with portable AV systems, including onsite setup, operation, and high-quality audio/video capture\nServiceNow ticketing experience and comfort working within SLAs.\nFamiliarity with client discovery processes and supporting execution; identifying meeting requirements from assignment to completion\nTravel and Schedule\nTravel may be required up to 20 percent per month (varies by business needs; not always required).\nFlexibility to support occasional early mornings, evenings, or high-priority events as needed.\nWHY YOU’LL LIKE WORKING HERE\n\nMedical benefits, including vision and dental\nPaid holidays, sick days, and personal days\nEnjoyable and dynamic company culture\nTraining and professional development opportunities\nMORE ABOUT US\nAVI-SPL is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
