Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide remote assistance and training to end users in the operation of AV systems\nPerform routine monitoring sweeps and service on AV systems\nAssist with AV tech support of planned VIP events and other meetings\nResolve issues related to: Crestron, Logitech, Microsoft Teams rooms, AMX, Biamp, Shure and other AV/VC technologies\nPerform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner\nCollaborate with internal/external teams in a professional manner that reflects the values of AVI-SPL\nSetup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems\nOther duties assigned as needed\nSkills and Abilities:\nEffective communication and interaction with employees, clients and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization\nAbility to test equipment and perform basic troubleshooting\nAbility to work and think independently and ensure meeting deadlines\nBasic computer knowledge\nAbility to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities\nStrong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written\nDemonstrated customer service focus and client communication skills\nEducation and/or Experience:\nMinimum high school diploma or equivalent\nDemonstrated working knowledge of AV practices and procedures\nVideoconferencing experience including operation call set-up and equipment\nExperience and knowledge of web conferencing tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and Cisco meeting place a
